after installation, back office and front office doesn't open

installation is finished well, but when both back office and front office doesn't open page.

i am getting this message

 

The neverism.com page isn’t working

neverism.com is currently unable to handle this request.

 

 

if anybody know how to fix this, please let me know.

try to delete the .htaccess file that is located in the root folder of the store

 

if that doesn't help, then go to your hosting control panel and locate the php error log file, and see if there are any errors being logged

i couldn't find .htaccess file at any place.

But i found that i was able to open shop on Firefox. but not on explorere or chrome.

any idea?
