Seo Redirects 301, 302, 303 mypresta.eu working well

I have purchased this module Seo Redirects 301, 302, 303 for my client Claus Kudsk Jorgensen

 

The las Module works like a dream but Seo Redirects doesn't work at all.
I have entered all the old and new URL's and no redirect.

Example of missing redirect:

https://scandinaviangolf.dk/vin/rodvin/707-ace-one-shiraz.html

 

should redirect to (301):

https://sgvinklub.dk/australien/ace-one-shiraz.html

But doesn't, why?

Never got that reply.

And all redirects are made directly in the Module

in Admin area of Prestashop.

check your spam box there is a chance that email sent from support service was treated as a spam
