NixxxoN
Im looking for a module that allows this option. We've got a food delivery online shop and we set up the cash-on-delivery payment option but we also would like to know if this is possible, that the customer MUST say how much money they will use to pay (which bill/bills) to know the exact change to give to the customer. For example if the customer places an order of 32€ and he uses a 50€ bill, so we know that we have to return him 18€ back so the delivery guy will take this money. Anyone knows if there's a module that does this??Thanks a lot in advance.
bellini13
I'm not aware of such a module, but it sounds like you could have the existing COD module enhanced to capture this information from the customer during checkout.
NixxxoN
I'm not aware of such a module, but it sounds like you could have the existing COD module enhanced to capture this information from the customer during checkout. Sure. Before confirming the order there should be a field to write the bill(s) that will be used for paying. This field has to be mandatory to fill. And then this information should be sent inside the email alert. But as I'm not an expert prestashop developer/editor I dont know how to do it. You think its easy? bellini13
easy for an experienced developer. if you are looking to hire someone, you are better off putting a topic in the paid jobs forums, and get bids
