Exporting orders from version 1.3 / Export Orders module won't work

Hi , my current site is running Version 1.3.1.1 - 0.093s

 

I have an upgraded version ready to launch but wanted to export all my orders first. 

 

So I purchased and installed the Export Orders module, but it caused all my modules to disappear from the modules tab. 

 

I deleted the export orders modules and now the modules are showing again. 

 

Is there any way to:

 

1. Export the orders from this version of Prestashop without the Exprot Orders module?

 

or

 

2.  Get this module to work on version 1.3?

 

Any help will be much appreciated!

the database structure is different from 1.3x and 1.6x, it is difficult to import into 1.6x from an export file of 1.3x. unless you have database management and SQL skill + plus knowledge of database for both version of PrestaShop. 

 

you will need some kind of tools, such as the data migration module you purchased.

you can ask the developer/author of the module to help if it suppose to work for your version.
