remove the LINKS to the products once placed in the cart.

Is there a way to remove the -Product Links- once you place an item in the shopping cart.    I do not want folks to be able to click back to the product -- rather use a continue shopping button at the bottom. 

 

I was told I could edit the Shopping-Cart- Product- line.tpl under themes and it would remove the links however it has not.

 

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

Yes you should be able to do that in following file 

 

/themes/YourTheme/shopping-cart-product-line.tpl

 

 

As long as you did correctly, it should work.

Otherwise, please make sure it is not smarty cache.

 

Try to change smarty setting to "Force Compile" and "No cache" to see if it will work.
