Sonnus Posted July 20, 2016 Share Posted July 20, 2016 Hi guys, We got a problem with our shop based on PrestaShop version 1.6.1.1 Some orders are not calculated correctly and aren't listed under all orders. The mistake in the calculation is that the shop system uses net prices instead of gross prices. But the frontend shows the gross price, because the clients transfer the right amount. All orders are payed via PayPal, but other orders which are calculated correctly were also payed via PayPal. We always received messages from PrestaShop to our mail account about the orders and the backend shows the new order at the little trolley icon, but these orders are not listed in the order list. We have to check out the client list, view the details and there we can see the bought product. Then we click on the linked product where we can see the necessary information in the normal web form to prepare the order. Here is a warning at the box of the payment method "Attention client has payed 89,95 € instead of 75,59 €". Next thing is that the invoice shows no delivery address neither the billing address. Has somebody the same problem or similar experience? How can we solve the problem? Where in the order process could be the mistake? I'm looking forward to your suggestions! Thank you very much!
