White page "Missing parameters" after payment

Hi guys, my problem...
The landing page after payment with bankwire, verry ofter (but not always) return a white page with the text "Missing parameters" or "Invalid new order status".

 

Fortunately the payment and the order is correctly saved but for the customer is not a beautiful message...

 

What's I can resolve?

 

I use Prestashop 1.6.0.14 (multi-shop) and the memory_limit is set at 256M

Have you made any changes to payment module? if so you can try to restore changed files to original file from module package.

 

Have you made any changes to your store order status or you have installed any other 3rd party modules that may have changes order statuses.

You can check the list of order status at back office - Orders - Status tab, compare with default installation of PrestaShop and see what is missing or new added.

 

 

You an also try to change _PS_MODE_DEV_ to true in file /config/defines.inc.php and try again the test order to see what other error message is displayed.

I place a order while in out of stock through bankwire, at this time i got this error  New order status is invalid in white empty page but  order is placed .how can i solve this issues?

got same issue, i had negative stock, set it to 999 and seems to work, im hoping this is it sorted as i have had some private pain with ps/pp. a lot in fact! might save someone searching and modifying a lot of code.

Look at the PHP error log and try to reproduce the error with debug mode active.
