and transfare the user to the html email but on the site

you can enable customer support feature so each email that shop sends will be available online under customers > customers service

I think he/she is asking for a way to add a "Can't view this email? View it online" link that allows a customer to see their email through the website. PrestaShop doesn't have this feature.

Unfortunately, there's no module that I'm aware of to do that. It would be possible to write one though. The module would need to have the customer ID and secure key in the query string to prevent anyone but the customer seeing the email. It would then need to read the appropriate HTML mail template, replace the variables with the right values, then display it on a custom page on the website.
