Add shipping cost virtual product and download on status

Hi!

I have a shop where the physical product is very dependent on the virtual content that comes with it.

Is there any way I could setup all my products as virtual products, but make them act like physicial products regarding to shipping cost?

 

Also I would like the virtual content to be available for download when the specific order status is changed to 'Shipped', meaning i dont want it to be available directly after purchase without me changing the status to shipped.

 

Any suggestions?

Or might it be easier to setup products as physical products but add the virtual product attachment (only available after buy, preferrably after order status shipped)?

downloadable goods are available to download only if order status is marked as "paid" status.

if order state has no option "Consider the associated order as validated.." module will not send the file

Yes but also I need to add shipping cost to virtual products. Is there any way to add this?
