Excessive usage of CPU - Warnning from my host!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got warnning from my host space suppliers with the following information:

A technician responded to your ticket with:

   We continued monitoring your account, as you can see below:

   Please try to keep the TOp Process below 20%, CPU below 2%, memory below 1% and mySQL below 0.1. 
   We will continue monitoring for another 24 hours to see if it is stable. Thank you for your cooperation.

Anybody can help check where the problem is ?

Did you suss this out? Also running v 1.3.1.1 with periods of high CPU usage

My shop is running on PS 1.3.1.1, resource usage is about 1 GB, any help ?
