TurabG
Hi, I can see that Ingenico Payments can charge customers by schedule (aka instalment). Does anyone how does this work? I mean does it charge customer at once so that customer pays by schedule to his/her bank? Or does it charge the customer on a scheduled basis so that a new charging occurs each period like a subscription? It's unclear in Ingenico's website; https://payment-services.ingenico.com/int/en/ogone/support/guides/integration%20guides/scheduled-payments Edited July 15, 2016 by TurabG (see edit history)
shokinro
it is better to ask this question to the developer or author of the module. since the answer will depend on the implementation of payment module and API it uses. We also have a credit payment module Agile Authorize.NET that also supports instalment - we implemented the instalment payment like way you mentioned: the customer is charged on a scheduled basis so that a new charging occurs each period like a subscription. The module pass customer credit card info and instalment payment info to Authorize.NET, after that Authorize.NT (payment gateway) will take care of it.
