Image url error after checkout

Hi,

I've a serious problem with PrestaShop 1.6.1.6
All works perfectly, but if a customer places an order after this will not be able to see all the images!

After the 4 step of checkout I receive error on all the images.

If I look the url of images I see a strange part -> -6wLPUGkTWo

All the url images after checkout have this strange "route".

Here an example:
http://www.domain.com/shop/17492-home_default-6wLPUGkTWo/thor-vault-tool-pack.jpg

Can you have any idea to solve this problem?
