Prestashop 1.6 Export Data problems

Hello,

First time i post, hope i do everything correct.

Until this morning every day i export and import catalogue in order to maintain it, the catalogue increase no. of articles every day.

Now, Import (from local to prestashop) everything works fine.

Export (from Prestashop to local) i have the following problem:


using an sql export query (used untill yesterday without any problem) afetr a few seconds the following appear on the screen:

File non trovato

Impossibile trovare il file

    Verificare che il nome del file non contenga maiuscole o errori di battitura.
    Verificare se il file è stato spostato, rinominato o rimosso.

In english is:

File not found

    Check tha the name has no uppercase or keying errors.
    Check if the file has been moved, renamed or deleted.


Of course i have not changed anything since a lot of time nor deleted or other things.

Using FTP client then i also checked in the export folder on the server and there are two files named "request_sql_1.csv" and "request_sql_2.csv" both of 0 (zero) bites.

Tryed to download they are empty, tryed to delete them, when i start again the export are recreated again empty.

Does anyone have an idea of what's the problem?

Did you checked the file&folder permissions?

Some other ideas?

i have the feeling that it's something connected to the size of the database or a timeout, but i donn't known where to check?

Any suggestion?

Is there a way to open a "ticket" with prestashop systemist?
