I couldn't find a module for this

I have attached 2 screenshots as below:

My questions:

 

1.) When we mouse over on the image, it shows the sizes on the image.

 

2.) Example, when we click on the first image, it goes to the detail page and you can see the same size selection.

 

2.) Is this a custom module because I can't find this anywhere.

 

3.) If this is a custom module, and if you can work on this for me, please contact me asap.

such module does not exists.

it is a custom development, it's not a module

changes for: product-list.tpl and some core inmprovements are necessary
