Allow customer to be a seller

some one please, can tell me how Allow customer to be a seller or Sign up seller account from front office ? I was searching and the only form to achievement this is with the "Agile Multiple Seller module" (https://addons-modules.com/ )... but i don't undersatnd how install this, i'm new on prestashop, is there some one who can explain me ?

You have to configure the module to enable this option at back office - Modules tab - agile multiple seller module configuration screen.
