How to Migrate Products in 1.7.0.x (Importing/Exporting)

Looking for some honest help here. Short story, I totally messed up my localhost installation, with help from a friend, none my products imgs are showing in my store. I can still access the products imgs backoffice but dont see how to transfer or backup products.

 

Also, I wanna thank everyone for helping with everything Prestashop, this forum and you guys are truthfully invaluable.

Sorry, can you please specify your question ? You installed on localhost and now moved to server your installed P 1.7 ?

You are trying to update without 1-click upgrade module from 1.6. to 1.7 ?

im trying to transfer products, from 1.7 to 1.7 on localhost that's it.

Be aware that localhost does need to have the same minimal server configuration for to run 1.7.:  http://build.prestashop.com/news/prestashop-1-7-faq/#what-are-system-requirements-for-v17
