Registration and checkout - Identification Number optional

Hello Everyone,

 

I need to turn the field "DNI" optional in the registration and checkout process.

 

I've seen a couple of posts and tried a couple of things like:

 

- Disabled "Need Identification Number" in the backoffice

- Change controller files and .tpl files.

 

But no luck... it should be a simple task . :/

 

All help is appreciated.

I've found the solution, under Clients - > Adresses, at the very bottom there's an option to activate the fields that we want to be required, DNI was checked...
