How to add html code in my carrier option

 i want to add or insert some html code when we choose my carrier option in cart.i want to add the date choose code for that user choose date and time for delivery.i already tried content ox and html block.but they only working for home page.

call the hook your modules

 

hookDisplayBeforeCarrier with your return tpl file

 

then after you using JavaScript code hide and show your code
