Worldpay - losing will to live, just give up

PS 1.6.1.2 with £200 PS Worldpay module.

Items are left in my shopping basket and no order created after trying to pay using worldpay module.

I have checked permissions on

 

 

As per conversation on the phone please see below sever log for the installation id xxxxxxxxxxthe reason for the callback failure is the server hosting your Payment Response server-side script is over tasked and cannot process the request. The server may be down for maintenance, or there may just be too many users currently on the site.

How can it be overloaded, never had problems, its a UK2 VPS, theres nothing running on it ?

I am getting no answers from anywhere.

 

In the Apache log file it says the following.

 

[core:error] end of script output before headers: validation.php

 

I opened up permissions on validation.php, but this did not fix the problem.
