HAIRWEBSHOP
Hello vishalsingh119, and thank you kindly for your reply, We've done various of tests, even after an hour the customer is not receiving an e-mail from us.Sending an email directly works fine. If I go to advanced settings > E-mail and sort by date, I can see that it has stopped sending e-mails a few days ago. This tells me something is wrong with our Prestashop. I will check the module. HAIRWEBSHOP
Turns out that my webhost marked our primary Prestashop e-mail as spam due to the amount of "out of stock" messages.
vishalsingh119
HAIRWEBSHOP, so the only option ,you have to do it.Advanced parameter->email slide down for email option .now you see three option. 1.Use PHP's mail() function (recommended; works in most cases) 2.Set my own SMTP parameters (for advanced users ONLY) 3.Never send emails (may be useful for testing purposes) so you must choose middle one and fill the smtp detail according to your email server...then you customer recive the mail.
