htrex Posted July 6, 2016 Share Posted July 6, 2016 I've noticed that I'm not receiving notification emails when a customer comments a pending order: they are correctly listed on PS dashboard but apparently no emails are sent to the customer service configured address. Not sure if this is a bug, a missing feature, or a misconfiguration on my PS instance. I'm regularly receiving notifications by email for everything, including when the user adds a comment while finalizing the order, but not if the customer adds a comment later, retrieving the order on his own front-end order history and filling the dedicated form. Sometimes I've missed their messages for a while so it would be nice to see notifications for order comments too. Anybody can please clarify if this is a problem with my instance or it's just a PS missing feature? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
