hi,

 

yes you are able to change the color of footer whatever color you like.so first of all you open webpage and inspect element and find the footer div.after then on right side check ccs file name or line number.

2nd thing you goto your prestashop folder and theme folder and default theme and select css file name which you saw in inspect element.and edit the color you want.

 

note-for editing footer color or any modification you must have basic knowledge about css and html.
