giulomas
Hi everybody! Could anyone help me, please? I've received, on my customer's website, an order, already paid, marked as Pending payment confirmation instead of Payment accepted. Does anyone have any idea about what is the possible reason of this issue? Thanks in advance Giuliano
shokinro
By default Prestashop does not have this order status. So I guess you must be using 3rd party payment modules or other modules that extended the order statuses.
giulomas
Yes, sorry, I've forgotten to tell this issue is paypal module related... Edited July 6, 2016 by giulomas (see edit history)
shokinro
Then, I think the module is waiting for the verification of the payment from Paypal. You may need to get more details from the developers of your module. If the status does not changes, then it must be something went wrong.
giulomas
Thanks for answer! So, I don't understand why, considering that the money has already arrived on my customer's PayPal account... I'll try to contact PayPal about that. Many thanks Giuliano
shokinro
It depends on how the module process the order. 1. Receive payment info from Paypal ==> Create order and set order status to Pending Confirmation. 2. Call Paypal server to verify the received payment info, if it success then set order status to Payment Accepted The 2. is to prevent fraud, otherwise someone may just post fraud payment info to your store/module. It is better to contact your developer for more details.
shokinro
I'll try to contact PayPal about that. As I mentioned in previous post, I do not think it is problem of Paypal. You need contact the developer of the module.
