How to create a two columns layout for my-account.tpl with a menu in Prestashop 1.6?

This is my very first question here, so please be tolerant if I'm not writing in a crystal clear way!

I need to customise the default prestashop 1.6.1.5 template and there is a huge problem for me:

After customer logged in to the front of the shop I have to change the my-account.tpl in the following way:

1. The content of the original my-account.tpl shold appear on the left-side of the page and functionate as a "menu"
   
2. and when I clicked on any element on the left, the relational content should appear on the right side of the page (if it's possible without reloading the page).
   

So I need a two column layout which has the content of the my-account.tpl on the left and the content of the identity.tpl, etc on the right (regarding which element were clicked on the left).

I've not find any answer for that all over the net, so pls HELP ME
