Upcoming product module

I have created a "New Arrival" Section in my website.In New Arrivals menu, the products which are uploaded without the Inventory  should be with the Upcoming Tag, also when the customer opened the product there should be a notify option for showing their Interest. When the product is available, then the customer should get notification via email.

 

Kindly confirm how to achieve this functionality, is there any readymade module available for this?
