intandem
I am trying to find a solution to the issue but no luck so far. My client has a PS 1.6.1.0 shop and upgraded recently to PayPal Europe 3.10.10 to ensure newest secure version after email advice from Paypal. However, now, after an order is placed, the customer gets redirected to an error page " This page is not availableWe're sorry, but the Web address you've entered is no longer available. To find a product, please type its name in the field below. However, the order does get created in Prestashop, the payment gets taken and both shop and customer receive order and payment confirmation emails. But the error message is very confusing for customers who think the order wasn't placed unless they check their emails. Any advice about what the issue might be or how I can solve it? Example URL of the page with the error message is as follows (for a dummy order I just placed to test this): http://xyz.com/module/paypal/submit?key=221a9a38cdc01dcde1d0f099c55e8dc6&id_module=119&id_cart=256&id_order=61 Any help appreciated.
