Not able to login as customer or add product to cart after upgrading from 1.6.1.4 to 1.6.1.6 

 

After upgrading my website http://www.indigenoushandicrafts.com/ to 1.6.1.6 with help of 1-Click Upgrade i am facing two errors

first i am not able to login as a customer 

secondly i am not able to add any product to cart 

steps you follow to check this :
1. try to create a normal user from website main page 

2. simply try to add any product to that user account 

3. try to logout from that user account
