mikeyks1
I have a strange problem everything works great until I add a combination to the cart. PrestaShop can’t add correctly. The bracelet is priced at $10.63 in combination with a sterling silver chain adds $5.00 plus shipping and handling comes out to $20.45. The correct price before tax should be $20.63. There are no vouchers and no discounts applied. Any ideas,
mizzer
Same thing happened to me. Adding a combination would report the incorrect price. See http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/29031/configuring___using_prestashop/solved_tax_calculations_dont_add_up_with_combinations/ for a fix. mikeyks1
This is not a tax issue. It is somewhere in the combination prodess. I have the taxes excluded and it still does the same thing. The taxes are then added in the shopping cart.
mizzer
It isn't a tax issue - no. But the way the combinations are coded, if tax is excluded, it still gets added due to an old bug prestashop refuses to fix. See the thread I linked above for the 1 line code fix. mikeyks1
That did not fix the problem. I still get the same results.
