White screen TPL not load or ?

Hi everyone.

 

I should change css of a website. I have 2 version, on version for users ( online's version ) and another with which i work.

 

First website : http://www.machineapub.com

 

Dev website : http://www-dev.machineapub.com

 

I gonna try to be comprehensible ( i'm french so sorry for my bad english ).

 

When i want to subscribe or connect to my site, i have white screen. I tried to regenerate .htaccess & robots.txt without success. It seems to me prestashop doesn't want to load many page of my site ( even 404 page ... ) It would appear many pages of SEO URL settings doesn't want to be loaded and i don't know why ... I tried many things but i have same problem. Nothing change ... If anyone can help me please ...
