Header - Help please!

Hello,

I'm new to prestashop and i have a problem (already:D).
I want to make a mapped image as a header between logo/header section and left/center/right column section and i can't really do this because i don't have a clue on what should i add and modify.
I put here a piece of code for you to better understand what i want.
