Can I exclude certain products from the global discount? If yes, how?

Hello,

 

The title says it all. I have a lot of products in my shop. I also have a rule that makes all the products have a discount of 7%. However, I'm also selling gift cards, and I would like for those products to not have a discount.

 

I've tried googling for an answer, but without results. I also went through the documentation and tried everything. I simply can't figure it out.

 

So here I am asking if I can even do it and how?

I haven't tried it but one thing you could try is giving those non-discount products a discount of zero percent and giving that discount a higher priority.
