Do i need to purchase anything on prestashop to use the default file installed from softaculous?

Hello house

 

I am new to prestashop, and i just installed prestashop on my site,

 

My issue is that, i installed prestashop and i found it difficult to customize it using the default template and theme found on the softaculous app,

 

I want to edit the front page info, but there is no back back office setting for it, as well as adding a new payment addon, it does not show after successful downloaded

 

Please any help will be appreciated
