What is everyone using to print labels and ship orders?

I just joined Prestashop Cloud thinking I could use my Shippingeasy account to print labels and ship packages automatically.  Apparently that feature is only available with the desktop version of Prestashop.  I've also had problems installing modules through Cloud.  It seem I can't install downloaded modules on Cloud. Which means I can't use Stamps.com or USPS modules either.

SOOOOO.... I would like to learn what everyone is doing regarding shipping and printing labels. I can't iimagine that everyone is doing this all manually.

Would love to here how you worked around this issue while using Cloud.

First of all, it should be clear to you that cloud allows only those modules that are available on official marketplace. So check that stamps and ups are approved by PrestaShop on marketplace, if yes then you can use them

Your second question is related to printing shipping labels, yes, it it a tough job to do it manually, you can use any of the addon available in marketplace like http://addons.prestashop.com/en/preparation-shipping/18941-print-labels-pro.html

Lusiencomeda,  Do you use the cloud? It doesn't sound like you are using the cloud.  My question was specific to the cloud.  Before posting the question, I had already looked at the add-on store.  I tried downloading free modules which were labeled as compatible with Cloud.  I also tried downloading modules made by prestashop which were also compatible with Cloud.  Both options (with the exception of Goodle Analytics free version) download zip files to my computer instead of installing it up into the cloud.  

 

That is why I am trying to see what other members are using or how they manage and ship orders.  How do you print you shipping labels or handle orders?

I have the same problem with modules bought through prestashop not uploading, but downloading to my computer. You will have to set up an FTP account and upload them using an FTP client like Filezilla.

For Cloud shop of course you can use the Presta Store Manager, for which you have possibility to customize reports (print labes) for free. One report model is included on the Presta Store Manager.
