Remove the space between the horizontal menu bar and the home text editor

Hi i need to Remove the space between the top horizontal menu bar and the home text editor so they almost touch can anyone point me into the right direction?

Firefox:Firebug, Wev Developer bar.

I have been playing with that File for 2 days now trying to find the bit to edit i have tried every thing i can think of do you know what line to do it on?

margin-bottom:0;
margin-top:-40px;
width:100%;
}

Change the margin-top value as you wish to meet your request.

Use Firefox and install the component "Firebug" for Firefox and the "Web Developper Bar" too....that help a lot for customizations.

We use it...and bro..is a great tool for designers and developers.
