1Luciano
Any tips /help will be greatly appreciated. I moved my domain from sub-directory to root now the back office and website is not loading correctly. Here's what I did.... 1)The PS Installation was in a folder called ecommerce. 2) I created a new folder in the public_html and named it 'shop'. 3) I copied all the files from the folder ecommerce to the folder "shop" 4) I went to PS back office and changed Base url from /ecommerce/ to / I'm I missing something? below is the image attachment of what the back office looks like and how the website front office looks like. rocky
From your post, it sounds like you copied the shop from the /public_html/ecommerce/ directory to the /public_html/shop/ directory. In that case, the base URL should be /shop/. If you want to set the base URL to just /, you'll need to move the files directly into /public_html/.
shokinro
Follow Rocky's suggestion to make sure you have the store folder and URL correctly first. And then please also try to clear Smarty Cache and temporary set force compile at back office - Advanced Parameters - Performances
