Can't upload modules, so how to export order data to extract address?

Hi, 

Since I'm having problems uploading/installing modules to cloud, is there a way to extracting data?  I would like to export the following information:

Order #
Order Date
Order Status
Shipping First Name

Shipping Last Name
Shipping Company Name
Shipping Address Line 1
Shipping Address Line 2
Shipping City
Shipping State
Shipping Zip Code
Shipping Country
Email
Phone
Customer Notes

 

I'm new at this, so step by step instructions greatly appreciated.
