How to Add New Modules to Cloud

I'm having problems installing and adding modules to Cloud.  Was this feature disabled?  

For example, I'm trying to download the free stamps.com module.  From the dashboard I go to modules & services - add new module then I enter stamps.com into the search box.  It takes me to the addon shop where I click on the free version of stamps.com.  I click download from the page and it downloads a zip file onto my computer.  How do I install the zip files?  

I don't mind purchasing but if I can't even use the freebies how will I be able to use the purchased modules?  I've even tried to install/download prestashop made modules from the addon store.  That didn't help either.

Any advise greatly appreciated.

I think that shops with PrestaShop Cloud does not allow to install modules from files, you can install only the modules listed in the back office
