Cart rules voucher not showing up on order page

Hello there.

I got PrestaShop 1.6.1.0  and I had some problems with my database. I managed to make the site work again with the help of this forum, but lost all the products because I got some errors when rewriting database. (there were errors not only to products page).

A problem which appears now is that I set up vouchers but they are not showing up on the order page.

And I think it's related to the previous database rewrite error. I read the topics related here and tried solutions, but without success.

I don't even know from where to start to investigate further?

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I guess it is related to Conditions of Cart Rules you created. 

Have you tried to create a new Cart Rules to see if that work?

Do not set any conditions and see if it works or not. make sure you choose Yes to "Highlight".

Well I created a new Cart Rule with your instructions and it works, although the one existing had the same settings.

maybe you can compare the 2 cart rules in database to see what are the difference. there must be something is different. you should be able to find out what is difference between the one works and the other one does not work.
