Customer Module - SIRET APE ?

Hi,

 

on my english customer module there are a few fields with other language text prompts

 

SIRET

APE

 

 

 

 

any way to fix ?

also, I need different fields on the customer form and also on the form when an account is created, does this module support additional fields, or can anyone recommend a nice customer management form and "new account" form
