Bagaimana selesaikan masalah Load Pages ya?

Halo Para Senior,

 

Mohon petunjuknya apa yang harus saya lakukan ya untuk masalah dibawah ini ya? karena masih newbie banget dan test website saya di google pagespeed insights, ada keluar notifikasi seperti dibawah ini, cuma saya sangat tidak paham bagaimana mengatasinya, dimohon bantuannya ya senior..
