Channel configuration in Unicommerce

Hi,

 

I am not sure if everyone is aware about Unicommerce. It is a platform for managing orders and inventory across multiple marketplaces & carts.

 

The Unicommerce team has succesfully integrated my store in their panel but they are saying that my Prestashop is not giving back the expected XML response and thus the inventory, catalog and order sync is not functioning. They have also shared a file that I am sharing as an attachment. 

 

Has anyone else faced the same issue and what can be a possible resolution to this?
