import error csv

hello, when i upload any csv file presta say :6 (any error messg) when i upload file on ftp situation is better but say error too... i try upload csv downloaded from administration ( must be ok) where is error ? thanks for helps

The error message is not in English, so I am not very sure what the error is.

but from what I see, it seems that there is a problem with your CSV data.

Make sure the column separator is correct and match what you have specified on import page.

 

Try open the CSV file in text editor instead of spreadsheet reader/editor to see if the data is correct or not.
