Hello, in our crazy element page builder you can create header and use top horizontal menu and from our builder you are able to modify the default menu style, color, CSS font easily.

I have post it as it may help you, we found not other module which can solve this issue.
N.B. : you just need to unhook the horizontal menu from display top hook
