UT-Ryan
Hi guys, I'm installing Prestashop for a client -- I uploaded the contents of the zipped folder to the server allocation via FTP, and when I visit the site to proceed with installation, I get an error. As I have root access, I checked the error_logs. Not sure how to fix, though. Logged Error [Mon Jun 20 13:49:24.402436 2016] [core:error] [pid 24726] [client **.**.**.***:*****] End of script output before headers: index.php **.**.**.***:***** - Represents personal IP address and port logged. Has anybody else run into a similar issue? Edited June 20, 2016 by UT-Ryan (see edit history)
Bojanstven
Did you extract the zip file to public_html before running the installation? I guess you already know you have to extract the zip file to run the installation. If you did extract, but still get the error, try creating a test "index.html" file, just to see it you can access your server from your PC. You can try some generic text like this one: <html> <body> <h1 style="color:blue">It works!</h1> </body> </html> URL should be something like yourdomain.com/index.html
El Patron
maybe this will help you understand better the error: http://www.liquidweb.com/kb/apache-error-premature-end-of-script-headers/ You may consider contacting your hosting company as well.
