Generate partner link referrals

I am looking for a module which can generate a URL link which i can share with a partner. All sales via this link should be tracked and registered in the module, so I can pay my partner a commission. However, I don't want my customers seeing button in their account that they can become a referral. I only want to generate a few unique links for the partners I select myself. Does anyone know a module which can do that?
