Cannot Log into Back Office (only for Chrome on one computer)

Whenever I try to log into my back office with correct credentials, it simply reloads the login page. However, this issue only occurs in Chrome and on a one certain computer. It works on internet explorer on this computer, and works everywhere on other computers. I have tried reinstalling chrome and clearing cookies, with no luck. If anyone would be able to help, I would appreciate it alot!

 

Additionally, when I open the chrome developer tools and try to log in, the error message that shows is the following:

 

"Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user's experience. For more help, check https://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/."

along with other suggestions, I've seen this problem when PrestaShop 'debug' mode is enabled.  Otherewise I've solved this issue by clearing that  domains cookie.

 

shokinro has good point also about domain/ssl domain being the shame.
