ukbaz Posted June 20, 2016 Share Posted June 20, 2016 Am using current version of PayPal Europe Module with PayPal Payments Pro (HSS) Orders confirm OK with a status of Payment Remotely Accepted. - No ptoblem. BUT..... When cancelling on PayPal the correct Voided message is received from PayPal, however that message does not update order status as 'cancelled' but 'Payment remotely accepted' again! Obviously Prestashop is processing the cancelled IPN notice, but it's not processing / updating this correctly. VERY confusing for both customer and order admin.
