Config - Shop e-mail - [email protected] not [email protected]

PrestaShop 1.3 RC3

Back Office > Preferences > Contact:

Shop e-mail: [email protected]

However, emails that are sent are displaying:

[email protected]

How can I change what is displayed as the main store email address to say:

[email protected]

I can't reproduce this issue. It is working fine for me on my Prestashop v1.3 RC3 test site. You should post on the bug tracker if you want the Prestashop team to have a look at it.

BTW, I might not have described this right.

What is displayed in the backoffice is [email protected]

However, what is actually sent out as the reply-to email is [email protected]

Thus, in admin, you see it normally, it doesn't display it as [email protected]

It's only in the received emails that you see it

Not sure if this changes things, should have been clearer when I posted, HTH

I've come across the same sort of issue. I'm using hostmonster and both at the initial shop setup and later through admin-->preferences-->email I've found that the headers and parameters sent to the mail function tools/swift/swift/plugins/sendmail.php include email addresses that have www added after the @. This causes the mail function not to work. (if I manually pass the correct headers / parameters with the www removed it does work). How can I get this www part removed??
