Adding Forms to CMS

Is there a way I can add a customized contact form within one of the CMS Pages? I need to do it twice (two different forms, for two different pages) any advice?

Maybe you can use editor and copy source code of html form straight to editor. Or you can create custom module with that form and make custom hook, which make your module visible only on certain CMS pages.
