additonal print costs

I am working on a shop for promotional merchandise, there are several different printing options such as 1 color, 2 color, 3 color ,etc ,each one of these adds additional costs to all individual units but i also need to add a one of fee for origination such as 1 color (£35), 2 color (£70), 3 color (£105) , is there a module that can provide this functionailty ? or an easy way to do this ?

thank you PrestaShop Fanatic, this looks good, just to confirm i can use this for different prices automatically if a customer has selected 1 color, 2 color, 3 color , such as 1 color (£35), 2 color (£70), 3 color (£105)

You need to assign the regarding price to each option. Options should be stated beforehand.
